Who we are

The RH Hotel Group is an emerging and growing hotel group based in Hamburg. Our focus is on contemporary hospitality, primarily in the three-star segment. We combine different hotel concepts under a clearly structured management organization.

Our management structure is intentionally lean. This allows us to act flexibly, make quick decisions, and operate our hotels successfully from an economic perspective. Our goal is to run each hotel profitably and enable sustainable growth through our own resources. Consistent revenue management with high occupancy rates is a central part of our strategy.

In 2024 and 2025, we strategically restructured our company and created an organizational ecosystem that enables sustainable growth while optimizing cost structures. The foundation for this is the combination of best practices from operational hotel management, leadership, and modern IT.

The management of the RH Hotel Group consists of Ramin Hosseinzade and Ali Aksu. As entrepreneurs and family members, we pursue a long-term and partnership-oriented business strategy.

Our History

The foundation of the RH Hotel Group was laid in 2015. After completing his training with a renowned hotel group, Ramin Hosseinzade took over his first hotel, marking the starting point for building his own hotel business. The first properties developed very successfully from an economic perspective, allowing additional hotels to be added in the following years.

In 2024, the collaboration between Ramin Hosseinzade and Ali Aksu began—initially in the areas of IT and digitalization, and later also in operational hotel management. This cooperation quickly developed into a close partnership with the shared goal of strategically expanding the RH Hotel Group.

Today, we work closely together as entrepreneurs and pursue a clear vision. Our goal is to build one of the leading hotel groups in our market segment. Sustainable economic growth, profitable operations, and long-term entrepreneurial thinking are at the core of our actions.

The chart below clearly illustrates the growth of our company. In 2026, four hotels have already been acquired. Additional projects are currently in planning and are expected to be realized later this year.

Vision and Goals

Our vision is clear: we aim to become the leading hotel group in our market segment. So far, we have grown entirely through our own efforts, and we intend to maintain this organic growth as a core element of our strategy. At the same time, we are very open to realizing future projects together with strategic partners.

The foundations for further growth have been established. Our strong IT infrastructure enables us to integrate hotels efficiently, optimize processes, and operate our properties successfully from an economic perspective. Even challenging market phases have shown that our business model is stable and resilient. Even in difficult times, we have been able to operate profitably.

We will continue to pursue this strategy consistently. We are continuously looking for suitable locations and appropriate hotel properties in order to realize our vision and continue growing.

Our long-term goal is to become one of the leading hotel groups in our market segment. Our focus is primarily on hotels in the three-star category with up to 100 rooms, typically without extensive full-service gastronomy.
